Triple Tree Residence-Lot 14:

This home encompasses 3400 sq. ft. of finished living space. The design concept will be low maintenance and energy efficiency. Utilizing a deep porch on the south elevation, as well as on the west elevation, the home will reduce the amount of solar gain during the summer months, but still allow the welcomed warmth during the winter.

The timber accenting on the interior brings the warmth of wood into the home. On the exterior, the stone walls anchor the home to the site.
