Text Box: Hanson Residence - Lot 18 Ross Peak Ranch: Text Box: Located in Ross Peak Ranch, a subdivision near Bridger Bowl Ski Area, will be a new residence designed to capture the spectacular views of the Bridger Range. The 3200 sq. ft. home will be set into the landscape on a gently rolling wooded lot. Utilizing fire safe and energy efficient design, the home will properly address the concerns of forest fires and future energy costs. Please check back soon for schematic drawings. Text Box: Rocky Creek Residence: (Click Here for more info.:) Text Box: Situated on a spectacular setting on the East end of Gallatin County, the owners have a wonderful view of the Gallatin and Tobacco Root Mountain Ranges. The clients recently purchased the property and are now in process of utilizing our architectural services as well as Fay Ranches/Construction to transform the existing home into a true western retreat. This home will feature Timber accenting on the interior and exterior, along with a new stone fireplace for the Great Room and Exterior Porch to allow the owners to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and enjoyable weather. We will further enhance their experience of the home with a redesign of all the interior spaces to levels that are to the client’s taste. After a couple of meetings and some thoughtful design, we are currently working with the contractor to begin construction.
