Preliminary Design - 3400 sq. ft. home

Located in Triple Tree Subdivision, Bozeman.

We are currently working with the Martinson family on a Master plan for a housing subdivision around an existing links style golf course. We are developing single family model homes to be incorporated into the development. This project is in the preliminary design phase to create a marketability plan for potential investors.
