Preliminary Design - 3400 sq. ft. home

Located in Triple Tree Subdivision, Bozeman.

We are currently working with the Martinson family on a Master plan for a housing subdivision around an existing links style golf course. We are developing single family model homes to be incorporated into the development. This project is in the preliminary design phase to create a marketability plan for potential investors.              After completing a major remodel of their existing home, the client called our office when they needed design assistance to “bring together” their existing home, a new Master Suite, and a Garage with Bonus Room. After a couple of meetings and some thoughtful design, we are currently working with the contractor to begin construction.
